SCi Sells Spanish Distributor To Koch (Gamasutra)
Officials from British publisher SCi, owners of Eidos Interactive, have revealed that the company has sold its Spanish distributor Proein to Austrian publisher Koch Media. SCi will continue to use Proein as its distributor in Spain under the new ownership. Financial details of the sale were not made public, but the gross assets of Proein, as of June 30th, were put at € 8.6 million ($13.5m). ...
